Casino Rewards is a group of member casinos, not a casino you log in to. This page shows where to sign in, what to do if you're locked out, and how to log in safely. Every fact comes from the casinos' and Casino Rewards' own pages, checked Oct 20, 2026. Login addresses are shown as plain text: type them yourself or use a bookmark.

Short answer

We found no central Casino Rewards login page: https://www.casinorewards.com/en/login/ returned "not found" (404) on Oct 20, 2026. You sign in at the member casino where you opened your account. The Casino Rewards home page says "Already a member? Click here to play" and "play on multiple devices using the one account!" (checked Oct 20, 2026). It doesn't say one login works at every member casino. Each casino's terms describe its own account, so treat each casino as a separate login. The Casino Action terms say "Players may only open and operate a single account" at that casino (checked Oct 20, 2026).

Which casino did I join?

If you don't remember, look for the casino's name in your welcome or registration email, then type that casino's address yourself rather than clicking a link. Each casino's home page has a "Login" link to the address below (all returned a page on Oct 20, 2026).

Forgot your password or username

The Casino Rewards FAQ, under "Login issues", says: "Please click on the forgotten account/password link in your casino to reset your details or speak with a member of our 24/7 live chat team." (checked Oct 20, 2026). Use the link on the login page of the casino you joined.

We didn't find published rules on lockouts after failed attempts, or any two-step login option, so we don't describe either.

Need help logging in?

The Casino Rewards home page says: "Need help logging in? Email: support@crhelpdesk.com" (checked Oct 20, 2026). Never send your password by email. Before you contact support, have these ready: the name of the casino you joined, your username (never your password), and the email address you registered with. Support can only help with the account at the casino you name, so if you aren't sure which casino it was, check your inbox for its registration email first.

Logging in safely

• Type the casino's address yourself or use a bookmark. Don't log in through ads, unfamiliar search results or emails.
• Check the address before entering details. If it isn't one of the addresses in the table above, don't log in.
• The Casino Action terms say the casino "must be immediately informed" if you identify "any unauthorised use or theft of the account login details" (checked Oct 20, 2026).
• Ontario isn't covered here.

Casino Action is run by operator Fresh Horizons Ltd., listed on the KGC permit-holder register (checked Oct 20, 2026); the casino's terms show Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972 (Casino Action terms, checked Oct 20, 2026). It is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator.
