Short verdict: Luxury Casino runs on the shared Casino Rewards terms. For bigger players, the published limits matter most: a $4,000 weekly withdrawal cap for players who win far more than they've deposited, a 48-hour pending period, and a max-bet rule if you take a bonus. Whether VIP status lifts those limits is not published.
It suits slot players who are comfortable with the Casino Rewards rules and already use (or will use) a listed withdrawal method. It doesn't suit players who want a bonus they can realistically clear, mostly-table-game players (table games count 2% toward wagering), or anyone who needs very large single withdrawals paid at once. Luxury Casino presents itself as premium, but its published limits, withdrawal methods and times are the same as its sister brands', and its VIP perks are discretionary.
The Luxury Casino terms (checked Nov 5, 2026) set this weekly withdrawal cap, in full:
"Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Luxury Casino may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout. Payments to bank accounts, cards and e-Wallets are subject to daily limits including those imposed upon us both directly and indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors and financial institutions. Depending on your withdrawal method you may be restricted to receiving a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays until the balance is fully paid."
No per-transaction maximums are published, and the terms don't say whether VIP status lifts the weekly cap. See high-limit casinos: the limits that matter and the VIP programme explained.
The Luxury Casino FAQ (checked Nov 5, 2026) mentions Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. Deposit minimums per method are not published outside the cashier. For withdrawals, the FAQ says "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada" and lists three: Visa OCT (a direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill. Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method.

Source: Luxury Casino FAQ, checked Nov 5, 2026. Stated times, not tests. Minimum withdrawal $50 ($300 by wire). Fees: CAD EFT no fee (FAQ: "No Cost", checked Nov 5, 2026); wire $50 ($100 over $3,000). More in how long casino withdrawals take and withdrawing with Interac.
The terms allow the casino to ask for proof of payment ownership, valid ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID) and proof of address no older than 3 months, and says it may require documents "to be certified by a registered Notary or a registered professional" (Luxury Casino terms, checked Nov 5, 2026). See the KYC checklist.
Luxury Casino is part of Casino Rewards, so your Status Level and VIP Points are shared across the network. Level thresholds and point earn rates are in how loyalty points work. The Luxury Casino bonus page doesn't describe VIP perks (checked Nov 5, 2026), so we don't list any; faster payouts aren't a published perk. See the Casino Rewards VIP programme explained and all Casino Rewards casinos.
Table minimums and maximums are not published in the terms. They're shown in each game's information screen.
If you take a deposit bonus, these terms limit what you can withdraw and how you can bet (Luxury Casino terms, checked Nov 5, 2026).
Playing without a bonus avoids the max-bet and wagering rules entirely. More in wagering requirements explained and max cashout on bonus winnings.
A separate Ontario-registered Luxury Casino site exists (listed on the iGaming Ontario regulated-market page, checked Oct 23, 2026). This review doesn't cover it.
The terms say Luxury Casino is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands), "licensed under the terms of Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, with licence number 00972". The terms also allow player data to be used for AI and machine-learning development, with consent sought "Where required by law" (Luxury Casino terms, checked Nov 5, 2026).

$4,000 per week for players who win far more than their total deposits across Casino Rewards casinos, which the terms say the casino can increase or decrease at its sole discretion (checked Nov 5, 2026).
48 hours pending, processing the next business day, then 1–3 working days for Skrill, 2–3 for CAD EFT, 3 for Visa and 6–10 for bank transfer. A new method can add 5–7 working days. Stated times, not tests (checked Nov 5, 2026).

Status Levels come from Status Points earned each month. The separate VIP programme is discretionary. The bonus page doesn't describe VIP perks or higher bet limits (checked Nov 5, 2026), and a higher weekly withdrawal cap is not published.
