Casino Action Login and Mobile Play: Official Links and Fixes

This page covers the official Casino Action login page, how mobile play works, and what to do if you can't get into your account. Every fact comes from Casino Action's and Casino Rewards' own pages, checked Oct 19, 2026. For limits, payout terms and our overall take, see our Casino Action review.

Casino Action is run by operator Fresh Horizons Ltd, listed on the KGC permit-holder register (checked Oct 19, 2026); the casino's terms show Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972 (Casino Action terms, checked Oct 19, 2026). It is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator.

The official login page

The login page is https://www.casinoaction.com/en/login/ (Casino Action login, checked Oct 19, 2026). It says: "If you already have an account here at Casino Action log in now using the button below."

• Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Don't log in through ads, search results you don't recognise, or emails.
• Search results also show other sites with Casino Action in the name that we couldn't verify as official. We don't link them. If the address isn't casinoaction.com, don't enter your details.
• This page doesn't cover Ontario. Any Ontario-facing Casino Rewards site is separate, with its own terms and regulator.

Is there a Casino Action app?

We found no Casino Action app in the Canadian App Store on Oct 19, 2026; apps there labelled for Ontario belong to a separate Ontario operation and aren't covered here. We didn't confirm a Google Play listing either. The Casino Rewards FAQ says the member casinos can be played by downloading the casino software, in your browser, or "on mobile/tablet devices" (checked Oct 19, 2026).

The Casino Action FAQ still describes downloadable desktop software, but on Oct 19, 2026 the site's /en/download/ link led to an online registration page rather than a file download. So we can't confirm that a desktop client is still offered.

Mobile is just another way to reach the same account and the same limits. Deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion apply whichever device you use (see "Logging in safely" below).

Your username and password

From the Casino Action FAQ (checked Oct 19, 2026):

• You choose a password when you register, and "the password is case sensitive".
• Your username arrives after registration and "will usually start with 4 or 5 characters, followed by a series of numbers".
• "If you haven't received your username within 5 minutes there may have been a problem with transmission so you can try resending the form or contacting the help desk."

Locked out or forgot your password

• The login page has a "Forgot your account/password?" link, which leads to the casino's live chat (checked Oct 19, 2026).
• The Casino Rewards FAQ says: "Please click on the forgotten account/password link in your casino to reset your details or speak with a member of our 24/7 live chat team."
• The Casino Action contact page says Casino Action "maintains a 24 hours 7 days a week Support Centre to handle all email and live chat queries". The email address is support@crhelpdesk.com, and the page says "We do our best to process all emails within 48 hours". "Login/Password" is one of the email query types. The Casino Rewards contact page lists the same address. Neither page lists a phone number.

We didn't find published rules on lockouts after failed login attempts, or any two-step login option, so we don't describe either.

Logging in safely

• The Casino Action FAQ says not to give your password "to anyone else, even if contacted. We don't need to know your password in any emails or contacts with the help desk".
• It also says: "if there is a chance that children or other adults may use your computer then we recommend that you don't use any facility that remembers your password."
• The Casino Action terms say the password "must be kept confidential", and the casino "must be immediately informed" if your login details are stolen or used without permission. The terms also cover biometric log-in: if you turn it on, register only your own biometrics on your device.
• Deposit limits: the Casino Action responsible gambling page says "Daily, Weekly and Monthly deposit limits can be set on your account" through the support team, and increases only take effect after 24 hours. It also offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks and a 6-month self-exclusion (checked Oct 19, 2026).

Your Casino Rewards account on mobile

The Casino Action FAQ says you can reach your Casino Rewards account "via the 'Promotions' section on your mobile/tablet device" (checked Oct 19, 2026). How points work is covered in Casino Rewards loyalty explained.
