Casino Classic is one of the Casino Rewards network casinos. This review sticks to what its own terms and contact page say, checked on Oct 23, 2026. We haven't played, deposited or withdrawn here for this review, so there's no star score: scoring things we didn't test would be guesswork. If you already know Casino Rewards, most of the rules below will look familiar, because they read the same as the terms we checked for Casino Action. The differences that matter are the ones you can only see once you're signed in, such as the cashier's payment list.
Casino Classic is operated by Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands), according to its terms and conditions. The licence section of those terms reads, word for word:
"Casino Classic is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, with registered address Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands, and is licensed under the terms of Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, with licence number 00972."
Source: Casino Classic terms and conditions, checked Oct 23, 2026. It is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is based in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà :ke in Quebec. Its licence is not the same thing as provincial regulation, and this page is not for players in Ontario or Alberta.
This is the term most likely to matter if your balance ever grows well beyond what you've deposited. The terms say, in full:
"Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Casino Classic may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout. Payments to bank accounts, cards and e-Wallets are subject to daily limits including those imposed upon us both directly and indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors and financial institutions. Depending on your withdrawal method you may be restricted to receiving a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays until the balance is fully paid."
Two points stand out. First, the test is your purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos, not just this one, so deposits elsewhere in the network count toward it. Second, the casino says it can raise or lower the weekly amount at its discretion, so $4,000 is the stated figure on Oct 23, 2026, not a promise. A large balance can take weeks to pay out in full.
The terms also say "there may be minimum and maximum individual transaction, daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits and that these vary by county and withdrawal method". They don't publish those per-method limits, so check the cashier before you rely on a figure.
The terms set out the timing this way: "Withdrawn funds will be held in pending for 48 hours. Once 48 hours have passed, the withdrawal will be processed during the following business day." These are stated times, not tests. Once the casino releases a payment, the terms say processing times "can vary between payment methods, processors and banks".
The terms also say "Withdrawn funds will be available to be reversed in part or in whole up until the time it has been processed." If you don't want to be tempted to play the money back, ask support whether you can lock withdrawals once you've requested them.
Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method in the Casino Classic terms we checked, and the site's /en/faq/ and /en/banking/ addresses returned errors, so we couldn't confirm a full Canadian payment list. Check the cashier after you sign in. Casinos in this network usually ask you to withdraw by the method you deposited with where they can; see the same-method withdrawal rule.
Fees in the terms: "Withdrawal method DBT (Direct Bank Transfers) incurs withdrawal fees." The terms list $50.00 USD under 3,000 units and $100 USD over 3,000 units. Withdrawals processed in a different currency to your account currency carry a conversion "plus a currency conversion fee of 2.5%". For general timing by method, see how long casino withdrawals take in Canada.
The terms we read don't publish a deposit method list or a minimum deposit, and we found no public banking page. Our Interac casino guide lists Casino Classic as not checked, and that's still accurate: confirm in the cashier whether Interac is offered for deposits before you sign up.
The terms do set play-through rules for promotional credit added to your account. The terms say: "The first deposit bonus and second deposit bonus are subject to 200 times play-through before your bonus balance is converted to cash." Later credits "will be subject to 30 times play-through before they may be cashed in". The terms give this example: "For example: If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $20,000 should they wager on slot games (100% contribution) before attempting a withdrawal." Other brands' terms may differ. Read the current promotional terms on the site before you accept anything.
Expect identity and payment checks before your first withdrawal. The terms say: "Processing of the withdrawn funds may be delayed until such time as verification has been satisfactorily completed." Having ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method ready can save days. Our casino verification guide covers what's usually asked for and how to send it safely.

Casino Classic is part of Casino Rewards, so play here counts toward the network's shared loyalty programme rather than a scheme run by this one casino. We cover how the tiers and points work on our Casino Rewards page. If you're comparing brands, our guide to the Casino Action sister sites lays out what the network casinos share and where they differ. For sign-in help across the network, see Casino Rewards login in Canada; type the casino's address yourself rather than following ads.
The contact page says: "We are available 24/7 via LIVE CHAT or you can email us at:" The email address itself didn't show in the page we saved, so use the contact page on the casino's own site rather than an address from a forum or an ad.
If support can't fix a problem, the terms say: "If we are unable to settle the dispute we will refer the dispute to eCogra as our Alternative Dispute resolution (ADR) entity". They also say: "Player's complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 6 months of the issue occurring." And: "Players can address complaints directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission by email to complaints@gamingcommission.ca". Our guide to Casino Rewards support and complaints walks through the order to escalate in and what to keep as evidence.
The terms say the player consents to the casino using player data, including gameplay data and behavioural patterns, "for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model development, and related research purposes". They add: "Where required by law, we will seek your consent before processing your personal data for these purposes." It's a standard-looking clause, but it's broader than many players expect, so read the privacy policy if this matters to you.
The terms list these tools: "Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Self-exclusion period of 6 months. The setting of deposit limits." They also mention referrals to problem gambling organisations. Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, not after a bad session. Our responsible gambling page lists help in every province and territory.
