Short verdict: Grand Mondial runs on the shared Casino Rewards terms. For bigger players, the published limits matter more than the welcome offer: a $4,000 weekly cap for players who win far more than they've deposited, a 48-hour pending period, and a bonus max-bet rule. Whether VIP status lifts those limits is not published.
Grand Mondial: the bonus page (checked Nov 1, 2026) says: "Make a small deposit of $10 and your casino account will be instantly credited with your 150 chances", used on Mega Money Wheel, then a "100% match bonus on your second deposit at the casino (up to $250)".
Key terms: 200x play-through on the bonus amount (1st and 2nd deposit bonuses); spin winnings credited as bonus funds; slots 100%, tables/live 2%; take it up with a first deposit within 7 days. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus before wagering is met count as irregular play. Source: Grand Mondial terms, checked Nov 5, 2026. 19+.

It suits slot players who are comfortable with the Casino Rewards rules and already use (or will use) a listed withdrawal method. It doesn't suit players who want a bonus they can realistically clear, mostly-table-game players (table games count 2% toward wagering), or anyone who needs very large single withdrawals paid at once.
The Grand Mondial terms (checked Nov 5, 2026) say players who win "a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos" can withdraw at most $4,000 per week, and the casino can raise or lower that at its discretion. Daily bank, card and processor limits can mean payment in parts over several weekdays. No per-transaction maximums are published, and the terms don't say whether VIP status lifts the weekly cap. See high-limit casinos: the limits that matter and the VIP programme explained.
The Grand Mondial FAQ (checked Nov 5, 2026) mentions Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. Deposit minimums per method are not published outside the cashier. For withdrawals, the FAQ says "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada" and lists three: Visa OCT (a direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill. Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method.

Source: Grand Mondial FAQ, checked Nov 5, 2026. Stated times, not tests. Minimum withdrawal $50 ($300 by wire). Fees: CAD EFT no fee (FAQ: "No Cost", checked Nov 5, 2026); FAQ quotes "DBT: $50" and "DBT Withdrawals over $3000: $100" (checked Nov 5, 2026). The terms allow the casino to ask for proof of payment ownership, valid ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID) and proof of address no older than 3 months, plus notarised copies if needed. See the KYC checklist.
Grand Mondial is part of Casino Rewards, so your Status Level and VIP Points are shared across the network. Level thresholds and point earn rates are in how loyalty points work. On VIP rewards, the Grand Mondial bonus page says "a rewarding Loyalty Program" is on offer (checked Nov 5, 2026). It doesn't list bet limits or faster payouts as perks. See the Casino Rewards VIP programme explained and all Casino Rewards casinos.
Table minimums and maximums are not published in the terms. They're shown in each game's information screen.
Spin winnings are credited as bonus funds. The Mega Money Wheel jackpot top prize can be converted to cash by contacting support.

The Grand Mondial terms (checked Nov 5, 2026) state the operator and licence as follows:
Grand Mondial Casino is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, with registered address Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands, and is licensed under the terms of Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, with licence number 00972.
In surrounding copy we name Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands). Fresh Horizons Ltd. is listed on the KGC permit-holder register (checked Nov 5, 2026). Not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator.
The terms set a weekly withdrawal cap:
Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Grand Mondial Casino may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout. Payments to bank accounts, cards and e-Wallets are subject to daily limits including those imposed upon us both directly and indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors and financial institutions. Depending on your withdrawal method you may be restricted to receiving a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays until the balance is fully paid.
This is a stated limit, not an expected result. Outcomes are random; set a deposit limit before you play.
The Grand Mondial FAQ (checked Nov 5, 2026) says "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada", then lists "OCT - Visa Card Holders only", "CAD EFT / Echeck" and "Skrill (MoneyBookers)". Fees as the FAQ spells them: "CADEFT: No Cost"; "DBT: $50" and "DBT Withdrawals over $3000: $100".
Interac is deposit-only on this brand: the FAQ covers Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. and does not list Interac as a withdrawal method (FAQ above, checked Nov 5, 2026).
The terms and FAQ don't publish a game count or provider list.
