Short verdict: Casino Action runs on the shared Casino Rewards terms. For bigger players, the published limits matter most: a $4,000 weekly cap for players whose returns far exceed what they've deposited, a 48-hour pending period, and a bonus max-bet rule. Whether VIP status lifts those limits is not published.
It suits slot players who are comfortable with the Casino Rewards rules and already use (or will use) a listed withdrawal method. It doesn't suit players who want a bonus they can realistically clear, mostly-table-game players (table games count 2% toward wagering), or anyone who needs very large single withdrawals paid at once.
The Casino Action terms (checked Nov 2, 2026) set the weekly cap:
"Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Casino Action may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout. Payments to bank accounts, cards and e-Wallets are subject to daily limits including those imposed upon us both directly and indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors and financial institutions. Depending on your withdrawal method you may be restricted to receiving a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays until the balance is fully paid."
No per-transaction maximums are published, and the terms don't say whether VIP status lifts the weekly cap. See high-limit casinos: the limits that matter and the VIP programme explained.
The Casino Action FAQ (checked Nov 2, 2026) mentions Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. Deposit minimums per method are not published outside the cashier. For withdrawals, the FAQ says "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada" and lists three: Visa OCT (a direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill. Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method.

The terms allow the casino to ask for proof of payment ownership, valid ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID) and proof of address no older than 3 months, plus, "Should it be deemed necessary", documents "certified by a registered Notary or a registered professional". Casino Action is part of Casino Rewards, so your Status Level and VIP Points are shared across the network. Level thresholds and point earn rates are in how loyalty points work. The Casino Action bonus page doesn't describe VIP perks (checked Nov 2, 2026), so we don't list any; faster payouts aren't a published perk. See the Casino Rewards VIP programme explained and all Casino Rewards casinos.

Table minimums and maximums are not published in the terms. They're shown in each game's information screen.
The terms and FAQ I checked don't list game providers or game counts, so I haven't included any.
If you take a deposit bonus, these rules decide when you can withdraw. The Casino Action terms (checked Nov 2, 2026) say:
"For example: If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $20,000 should they wager on slot games (100% contribution) before attempting a withdrawal."
Other brands' terms may differ.
Playing without a bonus avoids the max-bet and wagering rules entirely. More in wagering requirements explained and max cashout limits on bonus funds.
The operator is Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands). The Casino Action terms (checked Nov 2, 2026) say:

Per the terms, disputes go to the Casino Support Centre first, then complaints can go directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at complaints@gamingcommission.ca. The terms also allow player data to be used for AI and machine-learning development, with consent sought "Where required by law" (Casino Action terms, checked Nov 2, 2026).

$4,000 per week for players whose returns far exceed their total deposits across Casino Rewards casinos, adjustable at the casino's discretion (checked Nov 2, 2026).
48 hours pending, processing the next business day, then 1–3 working days for Skrill, 2–3 for CAD EFT, 3 for Visa and 6–10 for bank transfer. A first withdrawal by a new method faces "additional verification checks which may take up to 5-7 working days" (checked Nov 2, 2026).
Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method in the FAQ. The FAQ lists "OCT - Visa Card Holders only", "CAD EFT / Echeck" and "Skrill (MoneyBookers)" (checked Nov 2, 2026).
Status Levels come from Status Points earned each month. The separate VIP programme is discretionary. The bonus page doesn't describe VIP perks or higher bet limits (checked Nov 2, 2026), and a higher weekly withdrawal cap is not published.
