Short verdict: Grand Hotel Casino runs on the shared Casino Rewards terms. For bigger players, the published limits matter more than the welcome offer: a $4,000 weekly cap for players who win far more than they've deposited, a 48-hour pending period, and a bonus max-bet rule. Whether VIP status lifts those limits is not published.
Grand Hotel Casino: match bonuses over the first four deposits. The bonus page (checked Nov 1, 2026) lists "100% Match Bonus up to $100" (1st deposit), "50% Match Bonus up to $150" (2nd), "30% Match Bonus up to $150" (3rd) and "20% Match Bonus up to $160" (4th).
Key terms: 200x play-through on the bonus amount for the 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses, 30x from the 3rd; slots 100%, tables/live 2%; take it up with a first deposit within 7 days. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus before wagering is met count as irregular play. Source: Grand Hotel Casino bonus page and terms, checked Nov 1, 2026. 19+.

It suits slot players who are comfortable with the Casino Rewards rules and already use (or will use) a listed withdrawal method. It doesn't suit players who want a bonus they can realistically clear, mostly-table-game players (table games count 2% toward wagering), or anyone who needs very large single withdrawals paid at once.
The Grand Hotel Casino terms (checked Nov 2, 2026) say players who win "a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos" can withdraw at most $4,000 per week, and the casino can raise or lower that at its discretion. Daily bank, card and processor limits can mean payment in parts over several weekdays. No per-transaction maximums are published, and the terms don't say whether VIP status lifts the weekly cap. See high-limit casinos: the limits that matter and the VIP programme explained.
The Grand Hotel Casino FAQ (checked Nov 2, 2026) mentions Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. Deposit minimums per method are not published outside the cashier. For withdrawals, the FAQ says "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada" and lists three: Visa OCT (a direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill. Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method.

Source: Grand Hotel Casino FAQ, checked Nov 2, 2026. Stated times, not tests. Minimum withdrawal $50 ($300 by wire). Fees: CAD EFT no fee (FAQ: "No Cost", checked Nov 2, 2026); wire $50 ($100 over $3,000). More in how long casino withdrawals take and withdrawing with Interac.
The terms allow the casino to ask for proof of payment ownership, valid ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID) and proof of address no older than 3 months, plus notarised copies if needed. See the KYC checklist.
Grand Hotel Casino is part of Casino Rewards, so your Status Level and VIP Points are shared across the network. Level thresholds and point earn rates are in how loyalty points work. On VIP rewards, the Grand Hotel Casino bonus page says members can "earn VIP points every time you play" and "gain access to our VIP Lucky Jackpots which are drawn 3 times every day" (checked Nov 2, 2026). It doesn't list bet limits or faster payouts as perks. See the Casino Rewards VIP programme explained and all Casino Rewards casinos.
Table minimums and maximums are not published in the terms. They're shown in each game's information screen.
The terms and FAQ I checked don't list game providers or game counts, so I haven't included any.
The four deposit matches are listed above (200x wagering on the 1st and 2nd, 30x from the 3rd; see terms). The bonus page's larger headline figure also counts promotions "in your first year" whose terms aren't on the page, so I haven't included it.
Playing without a bonus avoids the max-bet and wagering rules entirely. More in wagering requirements explained and max cashout on bonus winnings.
Operator and licence. The operator is Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands). The official terms (checked Nov 1, 2026) say:
Grand Hotel Casino is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, with registered address Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands, and is licensed under the terms of Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, with licence number 00972.
That's a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence. Grand Hotel Casino is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator.
Weekly withdrawal cap. The terms set a weekly withdrawal cap tied to total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos. Here is the full clause, verbatim from the official terms (checked Nov 1, 2026):
Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Grand Hotel Casino may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout. Payments to bank accounts, cards and e-Wallets are subject to daily limits including those imposed upon us both directly and indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors and financial institutions. Depending on your withdrawal method you may be restricted to receiving a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays until the balance is fully paid.
This is a stated limit, not an expected result. Outcomes are random; set a deposit limit before you play.
Withdrawal methods for Canada. The official FAQ (checked Nov 1, 2026) says: "These are the withdrawal methods we currently have available to Canada":
On fees, the FAQ lists "CADEFT: No Cost", "DBT: $50" and "DBT Withdrawals over $3000: $100".
Interac. Interac is deposit-only here: the FAQ covers Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. and doesn't list Interac as a withdrawal method.
Games. The terms and FAQ don't publish a game count or provider list.
Set a deposit limit before you play; outcomes are random. See our responsible gambling tools guide.
The terms name Fresh Horizons Limited (British Virgin Islands) as the managing company, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Per the terms, disputes go to the Casino Support Centre first, then complaints can go directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at complaints@gamingcommission.ca. The terms also allow player data to be used for AI and machine-learning development, with consent sought "Where required by law" (Grand Hotel Casino terms, checked Nov 2, 2026).
The terms list cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks, a 6-month self-exclusion, deposit limits and referrals to support organisations. See responsible gambling tools and responsible gambling.
$50, or $300 by bank wire, per the FAQ (checked Nov 2, 2026).
$4,000 per week for players who win far more than their total deposits across Casino Rewards casinos, adjustable at the casino's discretion (checked Nov 2, 2026).
48 hours pending, processing the next business day, then 1–3 working days for Skrill, 2–3 for CAD EFT, 3 for Visa and 6–10 for bank transfer. A first withdrawal by a new method faces "additional verification checks which may take up to 5-7 working days" (checked Nov 2, 2026).
Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method in the FAQ. The FAQ lists "OCT - Visa Card Holders only", "CAD EFT / Echeck" and "Skrill (MoneyBookers)" (checked Nov 2, 2026).
Status Levels come from Status Points earned each month. The separate VIP programme is discretionary. On VIP rewards, the bonus page says members can "earn VIP points every time you play" and "gain access to our VIP Lucky Jackpots which are drawn 3 times every day" (checked Nov 2, 2026). It doesn't mention higher bet limits, and a higher weekly withdrawal cap is not published.
