How the Casino Rewards Loyalty Program Actually Works

By James Burke · Updated Oct 13, 2026 · Offers and terms checked Oct 12, 2026

Casino Rewards runs two point balances, and most people mix them up. One decides how you're treated. The other is money-ish. Here's how it works, using only what the program publishes (checked Oct 12–13, 2026 on casinorewards.com and member casino FAQs).

Two ledgers: Status Points vs VIP Points

Status Points measure how much you wager. They set your Status Level, and you can't redeem them. VIP Points also build up as you wager (including with bonus credits, per the program) and from promotions. You redeem them for free casino credits.

The Casino Rewards FAQ (checked Oct 13, 2026) publishes how points accrue. For every 10 USD wagered you earn VIP Points at these rates: slots 1.0, table games 0.5, roulette 0.5, video poker 0.1, blackjack 0.1. Tournaments and All Aces Video Poker earn none. Every 50 VIP Points earns 1 Status Point.

The status levels and the points they need

The Casino Rewards FAQ (checked Oct 13, 2026) lists these Status Points per calendar month:

LevelTo reachTo keep
Bronze11
Silver64
Gold8140
Platinum201100
Diamond401200

The loyalty page says there are 6 Status Levels, but the FAQ table lists five, so a sixth level isn't published.

According to the program, higher levels bring bigger bonuses, more promotions, priority support, birthday gifts, exclusive games, personal VIP hosts, and more entries into the Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes and the VIP Lucky Jackpot. The Lucky Jackpot is really five pools, one per level. A Gold member is eligible for the Gold, Silver and Bronze pools, and a Diamond member for all five.

There's also a separate, discretionary VIP programme. Its perks, and what reaching the top levels costs, are covered in the Casino Rewards VIP programme explained.

Redeeming VIP Points (and why timing matters)

Go to the Casino Rewards tab in the casino lobby (or "Promotions" on mobile) and hit Redeem once you have at least 1,000 points, per the Yukon Gold and Casino Kingdom FAQs. The program says VIP Points never expire. The conversion rate and any wagering on redeemed credits are not published, so check in your lobby before redeeming. There's no deadline, so there's no reason to rush a redemption.

Rewards Riches and daily drops

Rewards Riches is a page inside your casino that hands out daily prizes: free spins, bonuses, VIP Points and jackpot "chances". It also has a "Gold Surge" that the program describes as 24 hours of its best prizes. The program says you join by depositing and then visiting the Rewards Riches page. Prize values and odds are not published.

Tier reviews and downgrades

Levels move "up or down every few weeks", per the program. Once you reach a level, you keep it for the rest of that month and the whole next calendar month. After that you have to keep your play up to stay there.

Shared across brands

Your Status Level is the same at every Casino Rewards casino, and VIP Points can be redeemed at any member casino. So playing at Yukon Gold, Casino Kingdom or Golden Tiger all counts toward the same level.

The Casino Rewards VIP Loyalty Card and your membership number

What the VIP Loyalty Card is

The official Casino Rewards VIP card page (checked Oct 31, 2026) invites members to "Activate your new Casino Rewards VIP Loyalty Card". It ties the card to your Casino Rewards membership through the Membership Number printed on it. The page doesn't describe anything else about the card, so we don't either.

How loyalty card activation works

Activation happens online, through a form on that same page. In the page's words: "To activate your card, enter your Membership Number as shown on your new card, and your Email Address". The form has two fields, Membership Number and Email Address.

Where to find your membership number

The number is printed on the card itself. The official page includes a "Membership Number Location" graphic showing where it appears. The page doesn't describe an activation code format, a withdrawal function on the card, who receives a card or how long delivery takes. For any of those, contact Casino Rewards support at support@crhelpdesk.com.

Logging in and getting help

Card activation only asks for your Membership Number and email address. For signing in to your casino account, see our Casino Rewards login guide. For what the VIP levels offer, see our Casino Rewards VIP programme guide. If something on your card or account doesn't look right, the official page lists Customer Support at support@crhelpdesk.com.

Is loyalty worth chasing?

As a bonus on top of play you'd do anyway, sure. As a reason to deposit, no. The level system is built to keep you playing to "maintain" your tier. Never deposit to hang on to a level. If you notice yourself doing that, set a deposit limit or take a break (see responsible gambling). And keep in mind that bonus credits from the program still face wagering. See wagering requirements explained.
