What we check
Live terms and conditions: bonus rules, wagering, max bet, withdrawal caps and limits, read on the casino's own site.
The casino's FAQ: deposit and withdrawal methods, pending periods, stated processing times, minimums and fees.
Cashier and banking information as the casino publishes it. Anything that only appears inside the cashier is marked "not published" unless we can see it.
Licence information: the operator and licence shown in the casino's footer.
The regulator's register: we check that the operator appears on the regulator's own list (for example, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission permit-holder register).
How we report it
Every offer, minimum, limit and time is date-stamped with when we checked it.
We quote the casino's stated figures as stated figures, and say where they come from.
If we can't verify something, we leave it out or say it isn't published.
What we don't do (for now)
We don't currently make test deposits or run withdrawal audits. Withdrawal times on CoolShades are the casinos' own stated times, not times we measured. If that changes, this page will say so first.
Why it matters
Terms change. Always re-check the casino's current terms before you deposit, and never deposit more than you're prepared to lose.
