Casino Action is one of the Casino Rewards casinos. This page explains what Casino Action's own terms and Casino Rewards' pages say is shared across the group, and what we couldn't confirm. All facts were checked Oct 19, 2026. For Casino Action itself, see our Casino Action review.
The Casino Action terms say: "Casino Action is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited", registered in the British Virgin Islands.
Casino Action is run by operator Fresh Horizons Ltd, listed on the KGC permit-holder register (checked Oct 19, 2026); the casino's terms show Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972 (Casino Action terms, checked Oct 19, 2026). It is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator.
The Casino Rewards FAQ calls Casino Rewards "the name of the network" behind its member casinos, and says that by joining any of them "you automatically become a member of both the casino you have joined, and also Casino Rewards". The Casino Rewards home page shows "16 MEMBER CASINOS" (checked Oct 19, 2026). Any Ontario-facing Casino Rewards site is separate and regulated separately, and isn't covered here.
We review nine other Casino Rewards casinos. Each operator below is as listed on the KGC permit-holder register, checked Oct 19, 2026.
None is licensed by a Canadian provincial regulator. To compare all ten Casino Rewards casinos, see the Casino Rewards page.
The Casino Rewards home page says: "Your VIP status is recognised at all member casinos!" (checked Oct 19, 2026). How status levels and points work is covered in Casino Rewards loyalty explained and the VIP programme guide. Status isn't a reason to play more or at more sites.
Don't move between sister casinos to keep playing after a loss or to get around a limit. Deposit limits and cooling-off set at one casino may not carry across to the others, and the pages we checked don't say they do.
Casino Action: operator Fresh Horizons Ltd; KGC licence 00972 per its terms. Read our Casino Action review first.

This is a withdrawal limit, not a deposit limit. The Casino Action terms say (checked Oct 19, 2026):
"Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Casino Action may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout."
So the comparison is with your purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos, not just Casino Action. The terms don't define "substantially greater". If you have a large balance, ask support in writing how the cap applies to you before you request a withdrawal. More on large withdrawals: high-limit casinos.
We couldn't confirm on an official page whether one login works across sister sites, or whether each needs its own account, so we don't say either. Each casino has its own terms; read the terms of any casino before you register.
The Casino Action responsible gambling page offers "Cooling off periods between 24 hours and 6 weeks" and a "6 months self-exclusion period", and warns that "once a self-exclusion request has been applied, we will not be able to reverse this decision". You can also set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through support, and increases take effect only after 24 hours (checked Oct 19, 2026).
To self-exclude, the Casino Action responsible gambling page says to contact support first, then send "a request in email format … from the email address registered on the Casino Account", and that self-exclusions "should not be assumed to be applied until such time as a confirmation email has been sent". It also says: "please ensure that you self-exclude at any other gambling operators, where you may also hold accounts", and points to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's Comprehensive Self-Exclusion (gamingcommission.ca/interactive-gaming/players/). The pages don't say whether a Casino Action self-exclusion covers the other member casinos, so ask support in writing at support@crhelpdesk.com and keep the reply. See also our responsible gambling tools guide and provincial programmes on our responsible gambling page.
The Kahnawake Gaming Commission says players who "wish to permanently exclude themselves" can submit a Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request form, with their personal information and government-issued identification. After verifying the request, the Commission "will take steps to have you permanently excluded from all interactive gaming sites that are licensed and regulated by the Commission", and "Once it is effective, your voluntary self-exclusion is PERMANENT AND IRREVOCABLE" (KGC, checked Oct 19, 2026).
The member casinos use much of the same banking wording. For example, the Casino Rewards FAQ and the Casino Action, Quatro and Grand Hotel FAQs all say withdrawn funds are "first credited back against any recent deposits (where applicable)". See the same-method withdrawal rule and withdrawal times (stated times, not tests). Support for the group is covered in Casino Rewards support and complaints.
The other Casino Rewards member casinos. Casino Rewards shows 16 member casinos (checked Oct 19, 2026). We review nine of them, listed above.
The Casino Rewards home page says "Your VIP status is recognised at all member casinos!" (checked Oct 19, 2026).
The pages we checked don't say. Casino Action's responsible gambling page tells you to self-exclude at any other operator where you hold an account, and the KGC offers a Comprehensive Self-Exclusion. The KGC says that, once verified, it excludes you "from all interactive gaming sites that are licensed and regulated by the Commission", and that once effective it is "PERMANENT AND IRREVOCABLE" (checked Oct 19, 2026). Ask support in writing to confirm whether a Casino Action self-exclusion covers its sister sites, and keep the reply.
Casino Action's terms say players who win "a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week", and that it "may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout". The terms don't say whether the cap is shared between casinos.
Casino Action's terms allow a single account at Casino Action. We didn't confirm the rules for holding accounts at other member casinos; check each casino's terms.
