Can You Really Deposit $1 with Interac?

By James Burke · Updated Oct 12, 2026 · Offers and terms checked Oct 12, 2026

Short answer

Usually not as a regular cashier deposit. Other Canadian casino guides commonly report Interac minimums of $5–$10 or more. "$1 deposit" offers are a specific first-deposit promotion, and the payment methods that accept $1 vary. I couldn't confirm a $1 Interac deposit at any casino from public pages alone.

Why $1 offers are promotions, not the cashier minimum

When a casino says "40 chances for $1", it's pricing a promotion. It isn't promising that every method accepts $1 every time. The terms usually tie the offer to your first deposit only. After that you're back to normal minimums.

Which payment methods actually allow $1

Per-method minimums are not published outside the cashier, so check the cashier before you count on a $1 deposit by any method.

Casino Rewards $1 offers

Casino Kingdom: 3 free spins on registration, 40 spins on Mega Money Wheel ($0.10 each) for a $1 1st deposit, then 100% up to $200 on your 2nd.

Key terms: 200x play-through on the bonus amount (1st and 2nd deposit bonuses); spin winnings credited as bonus funds; slots 100%, tables/live 2% (Casino Kingdom T&Cs, checked Oct 12, 2026); min withdrawal $50. Max bet: single bets of 25% or more of the bonus before play-through is met count as 'irregular play' and can void winnings. Winnings cap: no fixed cap on spin winnings is stated, but players who win far more than their total deposits across Casino Rewards casinos are limited to withdrawing $4,000 per week. Spin winnings are credited as bonus funds (the jackpot top prize can be converted to cash on request). Offer checked Oct 12, 2026; terms change, so re-check on the casino site. 19+.

Casino Kingdom is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (operator Rock Swift Group Ltd, listed on the KGC permit-holder register, checked Oct 13, 2026; the casino footer shows licence 00884). It is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator. Its FAQ confirms Interac deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. It does not list the Interac minimum. See the Casino Rewards hub for the other network brands.

The catch: wagering, max cashout, the second-deposit step

Withdrawal minimums vs deposit minimums

This is the part people miss. At Casino Kingdom the minimum withdrawal is $50 ($300 for bank wire), per its FAQ (checked Oct 12, 2026). So a $1 start doesn't mean a $1 exit. You'd need $50 of withdrawable cash. Withdrawals then sit 48 hours in pending before processing. And while you can deposit with Interac, Interac isn't listed as a withdrawal method in the Casino Kingdom FAQ, which lists Visa OCT, CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill for Canada (checked Oct 13, 2026). See withdrawing with Interac and withdrawal times.

$5 and $10 alternatives

Yukon Gold's first-deposit offer is 150 spins for $10 (checked Oct 12, 2026, same 200x terms). See the Yukon Gold review. A dedicated $5/$10 page is coming at /low-deposit-casinos/.

Bank e-Transfer fees

Fees, and whether gambling payments are allowed at all, depend on your bank and account plan. Check with your bank before you deposit.

FAQs

What is the usual Interac minimum?

Commonly reported as $5–$10 or more. The casinos I checked don't publish it outside the cashier.

Can I withdraw from a $1 bonus?

Only after clearing the wagering (200x at Casino Kingdom) and reaching the $50 minimum withdrawal.

Does my bank charge for Interac?

It depends on your bank and plan. Check with them before you deposit.

Is a $1 deposit casino safe?

The price of the deposit has nothing to do with safety. Check the licence (Casino Kingdom: Kahnawake, operator listed on the KGC permit-holder register, checked Oct 13, 2026; footer shows licence 00884), the published withdrawal rules and the complaints history.
